Exploring the internal spaces

Here are some of our internal sketches exploring the quality of space in the main open plan living area of Appleby House. If a home includes a double height space, it helps to provide connection throughout the building and also creates a feeling of openness and 'threedimensionality'. We love that in this space you will be able to look up directly into the tree canopy. Beautiful.
